Hello, I sent a car in a container from Antwerp to Tunis through Transauto Belgium. Information on Book 213B1908074-Msc Poh Lin 4218 ANV TUNis is handled by M. alexander van gool. We planned to depart from Antwerp around June 14th and arrive in Tunis around July 3rd. I bought a plane ticket from June 30th to July 16th. But I lost it because the ship hasn't left Antwerp yet, and I don't know what date it should arrive to clear customs. Also, could you tell me how many days it takes to unload and how the car is removed? Can you also tell me your contact details in Tunisia so I can contact you quickly and which port will you berth at, La Goulette or Radès? Please give me as much information as possible because I have already lost an Avon ticket and as I work I fear being a loser with my employer. I am counting on your quick response please.
