I was told that it was TRANSCARGO which was in charge. Yesterday, a Transcargo driver did not want to deliver the parcel told my family that the address was not right (We had sent many things through Cuballama and nothing of this has happened, everything has been delivered on the address on file) The driver also has the phone number, therefore, he did not deliver the parcel.
