まもなくオランダのVIKTOR & ROLF社から、SAVINO DEL BENE NETHERLANDSを通して三越伊勢丹を輸入者として貨物が成田空港に到着予定です。
御社が日本側の窓口という事でよろしいでしょうか。
恐れ入りますが、2月13日に貨物が到着する予定なので、早急にご担当の部署、ご担当者にお取次ぎをお願いできますでしょうか。

Regarding the shipment from the Netherlands through Savino Del Bene Netherlands B.V.,
we are expecting the shipment from Viktor & Rolf BV by ATA Carnet soon.
Would you advise if this is the forwarding company for Japan side, please?

I would be grateful if you introduce the contact person urgently, because it will be shipped in 11th February.
