We would like to get an update on weather/ ice condition on following port:
kokkola
Kindly send ice charts, if available. Ports are open/operate normally?
Can all vsls enter (no ice classed)?
Are tugbreakers /pilot advisors currently employed?

There is an intention to fix vsls with ETA next week so do you see any problem or you suggest any measure?
