Ace Myanmar Crewing Agency is pleased to submit this proposal for services to support your company in achieving its goals for improving ship owner/manager satisfaction by providing qualified MYANMAR nationality ship crews/officers through convenience, accuracy of orders, and timely supplying crew to various type of vessels.Presently most of our principle from Singapore (Tanker), Thailand (Bulk Carrier,G/C,L.PG) and U.A.E.( G/C, Tanker, Tugs & Barge )​ and reference can be available on request.​

We offer crew management on a cost basis or for a fixed lump sum for the budget period which is all-in fee, includes all the services mentioned above as well as all wages, travel expenses, medical fees and any other expenses related to crew changes, replacement costs for non-performing seafarers, etc. The lump sum is fixed for the budget period (every three month) without any extra charges or your standard payroll. Our execution strategy incorporates proven methodologies, extremely qualified personnel, and a highly responsive approach to managing services.
