We are a tunisian company who bought the tug AGIOS NEKTARIOS RI 66131 - IMO number 7227669 tug n° 174 built in January 1972.
Unfortunately, we had problems to get news certificate of class from tunisian authorities because of lack of some documents and especially plans and specifications.

Can you please help us to obtain such plans, we are in a blocked situation and we can not use our tug.
I will be grateful if you can find us and give contact of a person who can have such plans.
