Dear Sir, I am a historian and am requesting some advice in relation to the abovenamed ship. You have owned several vessels of this name, 15 of them. Some I have been able to recognize but they are either to big and also have the wrong configuration. The Unkai Maru I am trying to find was about 900 to 1000 tons, Funnel, engine and superstructure aft with 2 forward holds. I can put her travelling from Tavoy to Moulmein, Burma at the end of September, 1942. I would very much appreciate any advice that you could give me in relation to this ship. Ownership at the time was recorded as Nakamura Kisen K.K.
