In the company of JSC "SIBUR-Neftekhim", Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod oblast, Russia, two of the turbocharger technological position-110, 120, manufactured by the company "Mitsui Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. Ltd"
Type of compressors: HD 58-1, year - 1977, factory No. 00392 and # 00393. At the moment there is a problem with the turbine C-120 , namely the temperature of the bearing. Alarm on the bearing temperature poses.The TANG-mounted 8203 86 degrees C, but in the process, the bearing temperature reaches 87 – 89. The reason is known, but we can't today to stop the equipment in repair. As a temporary solution is to raise the level of alarm to 90 degrees C.
Please help with the coordination of the temperature changes of the working parameters of the bearings 86 to 90 degrees C.
