I am working as Supply Chain Project Leader in an historical company in the area of Lyon.
We are high quality furniture manufacturer and we also have a plant in Romania.

Currently, all goods from Romania are delivered to France and then shipped across the Europe.

We are thinking of 2 solutions:
1. to ship directly from Romania to European countries
Volume in 2016: 4670m3

2. to put cross docking in place with volume manufactured in France + volume manufactured in Romania (total 9500m3 in 2016) and ship to European countries
