My client is considering delivering 2 crude oil shipments to Dalian starting August of this year. We will require an experienced Cargo Expeditor to oversee the discharges. Can you recommend a local person who could carry out this task. We do not want to use established independent inspection companies (SGS / Intertek etc) but rather use a small company with a good reputation.
I may be able to assist with your appointment for agency nomination for these discharges.
