Delivery from Shanghai to Erbil

Good morning!
I would like to get the rate for delivery of 4 cargo boxes (52*40*42 cm , 10 kg each) from Shanghai to Erbil.
Goods which I want to import 12000 medical masks.
Masks will be delivered to Shanghai airport by the Exporter. The other costs should be included in your rate.
Please provide information about the delivery cost ASAP
