That is right, the steps are the following
You must contact a forwarder in BIO, for example Cargomair and tell them that as an LH employee, you have special LH rate as an employee.
The agent will contact us and we will indicate them the rate + the conditions to have aced to this rates, that are basically that the cargo travels on stand by
My recommendation is that you compare the employee rate with the special rates that we have, as sometimes these special ratee are even lower that the LH -employee rate
The forwarding agent will charge you for the airfreight from BIO to MUC plus other charges wich are always to be paid ( Air Way Bill issue, delivery at terminal, Security, etc )

You can forward this very mail to Cargomair and so that they can work out on your request
