Sonangol Pesquisa & Produção S.A. requires freight forwarding services to support its operations.

Company, through the attached Invitation to Tender, wishes to obtain competitive pricing for the services as specified in the enclosed documents. You are required to provide the pricing and respond to all of the questions and provide all information relative to the tender.

This Invitation to Tender does not constitute an offer on the part of Company and implies no obligation on Company's part. Company reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part, with or without notice or reasons, or abandon the Work or have the Work performed in such other manner as Company may elect.

All inquiries, whether by fax, e-mail or written correspondence, must include the Invitation to Tender number. If you have any commercial or technical questions relating to this tender, please fax or e-mail your questions to Daniel Watele – Head of Contracts Department(Daniel.watele@sonangolpp.com) and Nelson Barros (nelson.barros@sonangolpp.com), identified in the tender documents. Sonangol P&P will accept no responsibility for any verbal or oral information or communication relating to this Invitation to Tender howsoever or by whomsoever provided. All requests for clarification or interpretation of the tender documents must be submitted to Daniel Watele in writing. Each request will be answered in writing by Daniel Watele.

Tenderer must reply to this email confirming or not your participation in this tender by Thursday 11th of November 2010.

Your offer shall be submitted before 15th December 2010. The submission must be provided electronically on a Compact Disc in either Microsoft Word or Excel format, together with three hard copies.
